Pro Ice Training Options

Take your game to the next level this summer with Elite Training Systems’ High Performance Hockey Program. Designed for serious players looking to improve their skill set, skating mechanics, and game readiness, our programs provide professional instruction in a high-performance environment.

Skills Skate

Instructor: Cole Leal – Execution Hockey

Develop and refine the skills needed to excel at the highest levels of the game. This fast-paced program combines technical skill development with game-specific tactics and full-ice execution.

Program Details

13 on-ice sessions throughout July and August
Mondays and Thursdays
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Limited to 12 skaters

Training Focus

Small-area skill development
Shooting mechanics and scoring techniques
Full-ice tempo training
Tactical awareness and decision-making

Cost: $780 + HST

Technical Skate

Instructors: Chad Tutton, Brady Austin, Brodie Tutton & Tracy Tutton

This specialized skating program is designed to maximize skating efficiency, speed, and explosiveness. Players receive individualized attention in a small-group environment.

7 sessions from July 6 to August 21
Tuesdays at 11:00 AM
Limited to 6 skaters

ETS Cup

Stay competitive and game-ready throughout the offseason.

The ETS Cup provides players with the opportunity to compete against top-level athletes in Durham through structured, high-tempo scrimmages that reinforce skills developed during summer training.

7 games from July 6 to August 17
Wednesdays
11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
1.5-hour controlled scrimmages
