At Elite Training Systems, our High Performance Hockey Programs are designed to help athletes maximize their development throughout the summer. Each program has been carefully structured to meet the needs of specific age groups and stages of development, ensuring every athlete receives the appropriate balance of skill acquisition, skating development, and game application.

Grassroots Division

Birth Years: 2014–2016

Our Grassroots Program focuses on building strong fundamentals while fostering a love for the game. Young athletes develop skating, puck control, shooting, and hockey awareness through engaging, age-appropriate training sessions led by experienced instructors.

With an emphasis on confidence, proper technique, and skill development, this program provides the foundation players need to continue progressing in hockey.

Ideal for players beginning their high-performance development journey.

Elite Division

Birth Years: 2011–2013

The Elite Program is designed for motivated athletes looking to elevate their game and prepare for more competitive levels of hockey. Through advanced skills training, technical skating instruction, and competitive game play, players develop the habits and abilities required to excel in today’s fast-paced game.

Athletes benefit from professional coaching, individualized feedback, and a challenging environment that promotes continuous improvement.

Ideal for players competing at competitive, AA, AAA, and high-performance levels.

Junior Division

Birth Years: 2008–2010

The Junior Program is built for serious athletes preparing for the next stage of their hockey careers. Training sessions focus on advanced skill execution, skating efficiency, hockey IQ, and game readiness.

Players are challenged through high-tempo practices, elite-level competition, and specialized development programs designed to prepare them for junior hockey opportunities and beyond.

Female Elite Division

Birth Years: 2011–2013

The Female Elite Program provides a positive, challenging environment where young female athletes can build confidence, develop elite-level skills, and compete alongside other motivated players.

The program combines skills training, skating development, and game-play opportunities to help athletes prepare for the upcoming season while continuing their long-term development.

Ideal for female players striving to improve their skills and compete at higher levels.

Female College Prep Division

Birth Years: 2008–2010

Designed for athletes with aspirations of playing junior, collegiate, prep school, or university hockey, the Female College Prep Program offers advanced development opportunities in a high-performance setting.

Athletes focus on refining their technical skills, improving skating efficiency, and applying their abilities in competitive game situations while preparing for future opportunities within the game.

Ideal for female athletes focused on advancement and long-term hockey goals.

Skills Skate

Led by experienced skills coaches, Skills Skate sessions focus on puck control, shooting, offensive creativity, small-area skills, tactical awareness, and full-ice execution. Athletes learn how to apply technical skills in realistic game situations while building confidence and hockey IQ.

Technical Skate

Technical Skate is designed to improve skating mechanics and efficiency through focused instruction on speed, agility, acceleration, edge control, balance, stride development, transitions, and explosive power.

Small group sizes allow for individualized feedback and maximum development.

ETS Cup

The ETS Cup bridges the gap between training and competition. Through structured, high-tempo scrimmages, athletes apply the skills they’ve developed throughout the summer while competing against top-level players.

These sessions help improve decision-making, confidence, game awareness, and overall readiness for the upcoming season.
